Where do the parties take place?

I can run your Dance Party in a venue of your choice: a hired hall, community room, church hall, or even a spacious living room.
The Starlight studio is also available, but only when booked directly through the community centre we hire. If you’d like to use the studio, I can guide you through the booking process.

 

Are there any location restrictions?

I’m happy to travel to most locations across Stretford, Sale,  Trafford, and nearby areas.
All I need is:

  • A safe, clear space to dance

  • Access to power for music

  • Enough room for the number of children attending

If you’re unsure whether your venue is suitable, feel free to send a photo or the room size and I’ll happily advise.

 

Do you charge extra for travel?

Travel within Stretford, Sale and Trafford is included in the party price.
For venues outside this area, a small mileage fee applies to cover travel time and fuel:

  • First 5 miles from M32 – included

  • Beyond that – 45p per mile (round trip)

Can you travel further if needed?

Yes, I can travel further depending on availability.
Just share your postcode and I’ll confirm the travel cost and whether the time slot works.

 

What if the venue has limited parking or tricky access?

No problem, I just ask that you let me know in advance so I can plan arrival time and equipment setup.

 

Do you bring all the equipment?

Yes, I bring the music, speaker, and party lights.
If your venue has any restrictions (noise limits, access times etc), please let me know beforehand so I can adapt.

 

How many children can attend?

Up to 20 children works best for a smooth, fun party.
If you’re planning a larger group, just let me know and we can discuss options.

 

What age are the parties suitable for?

Dance Parties are ideal for ages 5–12, but I can adapt for younger or older groups if needed.

How do we secure a booking?

Once you complete the booking form, I’ll confirm availability and send payment details.
A deposit of 50% secures your date.
