With over 24 years of experience in dance industry, I am deeply passionate about what I do. Sharing this passion with others brings me immense joy and pride.

​I possess a diverse range of teaching qualifications, complemented by various certifications in childcare. Additionally, I serve as the on-site First Aider and the Safeguarding Lead.

I am a creative dance artist who specialises in commercial dance. I have experience in multiple genres such as commercial, hip hop, contemporary, ballet, modern and jazz.

My choreographic style focuses on performance and projection.

​I have a BA (Hons) in Dance and have various experiences in working in dance schools across the North West

Polly

Hi I'm Polly, Sharon taught me from a very young age meaning I spent all my childhood making lovely dance memories with her.

I have earned my Advanced Classical Ballet Award, a 1st class degree of dance at the Royal Holloway Universiy of London and I have appeared in Pantomimes and most recently I was a part of the Lapland UK Manchester experience. 

I am furthering my dance education and currenlty studying my Dance Masters.

I have been a dedicated pupil of Sharon’s since the age of three.

Throughout this time, I have actively participated in numerous shows and successfully completed various examinations, including my Trainee Teachers qualification.

I am now just a few months away from qualifying as a Teacher.

Admin & Backstage Manager

I began dancing as a child and continued until the age of 10. Since then, I have remained closely involved with Sharon, initially supporting backstage alongside my mum. When she retired, I proudly stepped into the role of Backstage Manager for our shows.

I currently attend the Adult Tap classes and love being part of the Starlight community. My involvement has continued to grow, and I now work as the Saturday Admin Assistant. I am also exploring Teaching Assistant training so that I can further support our pupils in the classroom.
